| Map of Andalucia, Spain Today, 28th of February is Dia de Andalucia or Andalucia day and we have the day off to celebrate. Andalucia is the largest of Spain's 17 autonomous regions and is possibly the best know, most certainly by the Brits who flock to the Costa del Sol in their millions every year and by the expatriates who live here in their masses. Andalucia (Málaga) is the home to the great painter Pablo Ruiz Picasso and by some strange coincidence, also to that fantastic clothes boutique Secreto de Zafiro! The day will be spent updating stock though as we are preparing for spring, holy communions and Semena Santa (Holy week, Easter week) |
